RULES
● Rates applied from September 1st to April 30th each year.
● Maximum 2 persons.
● Kitchen, Bathroom and Living Room shared with other guests (if any).
● "Month" means the period from the day of the month of arrival, until the previous day of the following month.
● Standard rates will apply for shorter stays.
● Possibility of maintaining the special rate even in the summer months.
● Welcome Cleaning and Tourist Tax not included.
● A small contribution is required for bills which varies based on the number of guests present.
● Payment in advance on a monthly basis.
● Failure to pay will result in immediate termination of your stay.
