● Rates applied from September 1st to April 30th of each year.
● Max 2 persons.
● "Month" means the period from the day of the month of arrival, until the previous day of the following month.
● Advance payment on a monthly basis.
● Welcoming cleaning and extra services not included.
● Kitchen, Bathroom and Living Room shared with other guests (if any).
