● Bed-linen, pillow-cases, blankets and towels are provided for free.

● Water, gas and electricity are free.

● Kitchen available for free h24.

● Free parking under the house.

● All rooms are private, soundproofed and lockable.

● We can accommodate up to 5 people (we do not have extra beds).

● Minimum stay: 3 nights

● Please book at least 3 days in advance.

● To access the rooms it is necessary to climb some stairs (15 steps).

● The rearrangement of the rooms is done after the Check-out.

● At Check-in, a Guest Registration Card must be compiled (even for minors).

● Parties and events are not allowed.

● Welcome Cleaning, Tourist Tax and Heating are not included in room prices.

● Children under 14 do not pay the tourist tax.

● Breakfast and Wi-Fi are provided upon request and are paid separately.

● Wi-Fi is free for weekly or monthly stays.

● Possibility to save even more money by preparing your own breakfast yourself.

● The range for mobile phones and smartphones is limited.

● We don't have televisions.

● It is not allowed to wash clothes in the house. A washing machine is available for 5 euros per wash (max 8 kg).

● Bathroom, dining room and kitchen are shared with other guests (if any).

● Double rooms are reserved for couples.

● Single guests who choosing a double room must pay a surcharge of 15 euros per night.

● The apartment is not structured to accommodate animals and children under 3 years.

● Children pay half price if they sleep in bed with both parents.

● There may be a smell of smoke coming from the smoking area.

● Holiday vouchers are not accepted.

● Management is not responsible for valuables left unattended.

● In case of damage, the amount of compensation will be established by the manager and must be paid within Check-out.

● We do not issue invoices. Upon request, we issue deductible non-fiscal receipts.

● Cancellations made during the 21 days preceding Check-in will incur the lost of the deposit.

● Cancellations made during the stay will not be refunded, except in documented exceptional cases or valid reasons.

● The property is located on a hill and the buses to get there are very rare. It is advisable to come by car.

● A Taxi Service is available for guests who traveling by public transport (€ 5 each way).

● The lake is 5 minutes away by car (20 minutes on foot).

● The beaches are covered with gravel, stones and pebbles. Bring suitable sandals.

● Silence is appreciated between 21:00 and 09:00.
